Rickey-Leigh (also known as Rix) is the Global Head of Talent at Kohort and a social butterfly with a passion for people's happiness and wellness. Armed with a cup of coffee, she has the extraordinary ability to find rainbows in every cloud. In just one year, she successfully developed and implemented a people ops vision and strategy for a tech start-up, aligning it with their long-term vision. Outside of work, Rickey-Leigh's world revolves around her kids, and she loves planning theme dinner parties and braais (South African barbecues). At Kohort, she found a purpose in building and growing, driven by her love for the company's product, brand, and culture. And don't forget her love for unicorns and all things glitter!
